A little guidance on pricing

Prices are based on a minimum of 50 guests and exclude VAT. A 5% service charge applies to the final catering order. Bespoke additions are quoted separately.

Your final quote will reflect your menu, venue, catering facilities and service requirements. Transport, logistics and any additional costs will be explained before you confirm.

Buffet service

A generous selection of dishes for guests to choose from, with staffed or self-service options available. We’ll help you choose the arrangement that suits your occasion.

Sharing dishes at every table

Family-style dining

Sharing dishes are brought to each table, giving guests the pleasure of helping themselves and passing favourites around.

Family-style dining is available with Signature for an additional £5 per person and is included with Luxury.

Served at the table

Plated service

Individually plated dishes served to your guests at the table. Enquire about the menu and service arrangements for your occasion.

Before you book

Your venue

We cater across London and the South East. Share your venue details early so we can discuss kitchen facilities, access, equipment and catering arrangements.

Please check that your venue permits external caterers and any equipment hire needed. Any additional travel or logistics costs will be explained in your quote.

Dietary requirements

Let us know about allergies, dietary requirements or any other dishes you have in mind. We’ll discuss what’s possible when shaping your menu.

Children and vendor meals

Please share the number of vendor meals you need and the ages of any children attending. Children’s meals are discounted depending on age and service style. Children under 3 eat free; discounted rates apply between the ages of 3 and 8.

Booking and payment

A 20% deposit is payable upon receipt of your invoice to secure your date. Quotes are valid for two weeks. Your invoice will be accompanied by a catering contract setting out the terms.

Card payments are accepted through a payment link or chip and PIN.
